Order Fufillment
We take pride in the way we serve your business. Accuristix is committed to ensuring your orders are packed, checked, labeled and shipped in the correct quantities to your customers. Within the Accuristix Order Management system, all of our clients are set up with their own business rules that support their process requirements.
We provide standard packing materials and ensure packing slips are included with each shipment as directed by the client. Our strong order-tracking capability is one of our greatest assets. Options currently in production include:
EDI
Our dedicated on-site EDI team can receive orders using a standard VAN, AS2 or through file transmission to an FTP site.
On-Line
Our portal enables the entry of commercial orders on-line over the web using a standard browser. On-line order entry features access to quantity availability, order status and other information.
Flat File
We can import orders using a flat file. This flat file can be transmitted to vendors through an FTP site, by email, or by other means.
We can receive email, strip out the attachment (i.e. excel) and import commercial orders automatically.
Excel
Accuristix can import orders using an Excel spreadsheet. These can be customized to your needs where required.
