Accuristix is committed to heightening the productivity of your business by providing solutions designed to meet your specific service requirements. Our services for the management of specialty products include: Cold Chain Management, Co-pack Services, Narcotic and Controlled Substance Products, Cytotoxic Products, Dangerous Goods, Special Access Programs, Clinical Trials and Emergency Services.

Cold Chain Management

Accuristix is on the leading edge of cold chain management. We work together with validated carriers within our transportation network to maintain the quality of temperature-sensitive products. We have equipment and warehouse practices in place to ensure products between 2°C to 8°C are immediately put away to cool and/or placed in freezer storage areas upon receipt. We follow cooler pack-out instructions to eliminate condensation as much as possible prior to packing. All our procedures are reviewed and approved by Health Canada and our clients' quality assurance departments.

Co-Pack Services

We have in-house co-packing capability including kitting and display building. Our supply shrink-wrap equipment and heat tunnel make up sealed kits for clinicians. We also provide stand alone co-pack services as well as co-pack and labelling functions that are interwoven with other supply chain operations. Throughout all co-pack projects we maintain traceability and GMP compliance.

Narcotic and Controlled Substance Products

At Accuristix, security matters. We have Level-10 narcotic vaults, validated fridges and controlled drug cages to ensure narcotic and controlled substance products are subject to the highest level of security within our facilities. We have the appropriate licenses to warehouse and distribute narcotic and controlled substance products on behalf of our healthcare manufacturing clients.

Cytotoxic Products

Accuristix is trained to handle and manage cytotoxic products. We ensure all cytotoxic products are brought to the designated cytotoxic room immediately upon arrival at our facility. Our quality system procedure is strictly followed to ensure proper handling, packing and shipping of cytotoxic products.

Dangerous Goods

We are qualified to handle dangerous goods for the healthcare industry and for your business.

Special Access Programs (SAP)

Accuristix provides Special Access Programs required by your business; specifically the receipt, storage, handling and shipment of SAP products by trained personnel. We develop procedures with your team to ensure SAP products are handled in an orderly manner to permit batch segregation and stock rotation to prevent degradation, contamination and cross-contamination. All SAP products are securely stored in a locked storage area with controlled access. We follow storage conditions and precautions specified by our clients.

Clinical Trials

We work with your team to define all procedural elements required for the receiving, handling, storage, picking, packing and shipping of clinical trial products and/or kits in accordance with our quality systems procedures and client requirements. We can prepare order kitting with other items such as literature and support materials.

Emergency Services

We understand the healthcare industry is faced with many emergency situations where life-saving drugs must be delivered immediately to hospitals, doctors, clinics, etc. For business-critical product delivery requirements during non-business hours, we provide a designated number and will respond to your emergency within one hour.
