Accuristix specializes in providing custom-built logistics solutions. Our goal is to offer the best warehouse practices that will benefit your business.

At Accuristix, we have the ability to:

  • Implement and manage warehouse operations according to customer-specific Standard Operating Procedures
  • Verify stock availability immediately upon reception of order
  • Process orders for samples, free goods, clinical, commercial
  • Locate orders and monitor each order's status when required
  • Receive, identify and segregate recalled products and complaint samples
  • Move supplies from regular inventory to quarantine in case of recall

Inbound Shipments

We work with carriers and customs brokers to ensure inbound shipments are received efficiently in a timely manner via an advanced shipping notice (EDI 856).

Inventory Control

Accuristix maintains complete inventory records and provides inventory reports and invoice activity. We conduct inventory cycle counts and an annual physical inventory count for all clients. We can also control inventory based on FIFO, FEFO or LIFO.

Picking/Packing

We offer full pallet, case and unit picking as well as wave picking. Our radio frequency system ensures accurate picking of specific lot and/or expiry date of products. We have qualified personnel in charge who are able to pick narcotic products.  We ensure products are packaged in a manner to prevent damage during shipment and are packed with temperature monitoring devices as may be specified and provided by our clients.

Outbound Shipments

Accuristix works with the client Quality Assurance to establish packing and shipping protocols and procedures specific to their products. Our laser-printed Packing Slips and Bills of Lading accompany the shipment, providing clear and accurate shipping and customer receiving documents.

Safety

Accuristix has active Health and Safety committees at all facilities. We have consistently received “Category 1” awards from Workplace Safety and Insurance Board of Ontario for exceptionally low claim rates.

Returns

Accuristix supports clients with the receiving and management of returned goods. We provide full reverse logistics management including the issuing of RAs, receipt against the RA, full activity reporting, and disposition according to client direction.

Cross-Docking

We’ll provide a staging area to store, organize, and consolidate products before orders are ready for shipment.
